Content:     Training in mediation, a voluntary and private form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with a focus on dispute management in the workplace. The trainers are drawn from a wide field of specialisation and use interactive role play, peer-discussions and individual coaching to ensure that each and every course attendee is exposed to comprehensive training. This course is accredited with 20 CPD points as awarded by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
