Managing change is fast becoming the most challenging aspect of international management. Globalisation with its international market opportunities is providing organisations with unprecedented windows to create wealth. However, these opportunities pose major reorganisation and people problems.
Many countries, including South Africa are undergoing major global market changes.
South Africa, a traditionally resource based economy, is having to change to a service based economy if it wishes to compete and survive. Traditional markets are drying up and new international markets are required to take their place…. THIS MEANS CHANGE!
Change Management is a three-day workshop designed to provide your management and supervisory staff with the skills necessary to manage change successfully.
