COURSE OUTLINE:

LECTURE 1 The five taste sensations with a cause & effect wine tasting, varieties/cultivars, storage and service with a tutored white wine tasting

LECTURE 2 Winemaking practices and harvesting of quality wine and a tutored red wine tasting.
