This one year intensive cookery course provides students with the relevant theory, background and practical cookery skills ideal for those wishing to make their career in the field of professional cookery.

The course structure includes theory and practical cookery lessons at one of our campuses. Time will also be spent in a Restaurant or Hotel kitchen gaining knowledge and skills on the job from industry experts.
The International Hotel School will place students in Hotels or Restaurants for the experiential learning element. On completion of modules, assessments are conducted in the kitchen or in the classroom, depending on the learning outcomes.
