This Module expands the abilities of the Shiatsu Practitioner to Practice Equine Shiatsu
Includes:
· Meridians: locate and review point and pressure techniques on horses
· Diagnostic methods: motion. Posture, pulse, face, tongue, coat, muscle and personality
· Practical treatment: Stretch alignment, acupressure, additional massage and energy balance techniques
· Environment of the horse: rider, owner, horse’s tack, stable, paddock, friends, work, weather, nutrition,
· Equine Anatomy, physiology and disease, body systems, skeletal, spine, structure of the foot, muscles etc
· The aim of the Equine practitioner is to help horse function at their optimal physical ability by balancing body energy; this assures great comfort, mental and physical health of the horse and positive integration with work and surroundings
