Programme Description:

Successfully managing projects often requires ability to co-ordinate the effort of external resources and organizations. Effectively managing external stakeholders entails having an understanding and appreciation of contract types and processes, and how to negotiate effective contracts that support the delivery of project outcomes and expectations.

Our course in Contract Management Managers provides an understanding of the different types of contractual relationships, and a means of identifying the appropriate contracting strategy to meet your project objectives. It offers a clear process for negotiating and agreeing on contractual outcomes and for managing the performance under the contract and ensuring the realization of required deliverables and outcomes.
