Highland (Scottish) Dancing comprises of kilted dances as well as Scottish National dances from the famous Sword Dance to the energetic Highland Fling.

It is a highly skilled and technical dance form, which gives the dancers poise, grace and confidence.

It requires commitment and dedication to reach the high level of work.
There is ample opportunity for growth, social development and physical fitness training along with the skills gained from the competitive events in which the dancers take part.

It is highly competitive from Beginner level through to World Championship level.
