Course Title:   Managing Diversity

Course Aim:

This Diversity Management workshop is intended to complement the current transformation and social commitment efforts of all organisations. It is also intended to contribute positively to the business goals of the firm. This course is SETA Accredited and aligned to Unit Standard US 15219.

This 2-day intervention aims to enable Management to deal with diversity factors in individuals and groups within an organisation in order to benefit from diversity of thought - the business rationale for managing diversity is created. Specific focus is placed on providing space for leadership to explore their own leadership style and the impact thereof on managing diversity.
