Course Title:   Civil Litigation Short Course Certificate

This course introduces you to civil procedures in the South African courts. It examines the basic procedures in pre-trial preparation of documents (pleadings) and the use of precedents in litigation. You will also study the rules of both the Magistrates’  and High Courts – from the beginning of the process up to the trial and execution of judgment.

Course Title 2 Civil Litigation Short Course Certificate Classification Law and Litigation -> Civil Litigation Course Requirements Grade 12 (Std 10) or an equivalent is required to enroll on this course. If you don't meet the minimum entrance requirements, but you have 3 years' relevant work experience, please contact us to apply for possible admission to the course.
