Conflict generates high levels of dysfunctional energy; we have developed an approach that harnesses this energy to allow people to work well together. Using the ‘appreciative inquiry methodology’, we allow great conversations to emerge and cash in on the conflict. A facilitated event is held with the team(s) in conflict using a toolkit of our peacemaking interventions. The ultimate objective is to walk away from the session with a common agenda.
