The course is aimed at Contractors (big or small), Mid Level Managers and Supervisors as well as Customer Service people who provide services to the Property and Facilities Management industry, responsible for service delivery and who wish to obtain an understanding of Facilities Management, its related dynamics and the regulations driving this industry.
