Competitive challenges, complexity and financial pressures have created a business world where the development of skilled people is a strategic imperative. In delivering on this there is, however, a need to ensure that resource allocation for training (monetary and other) is targeted to achieve the desired outcome and the investments made can be measured. This programme enables the training manager and practitioner to motivate the case for training and show Return on Investment for interventions, thereby strengthening the case for Human Resources Development.
