Course Title:   Overcoming Co-dependency

Co-dependency is a learned behaviour that may be passed on from one generation to the next. Sometimes called relationship addiction, co-dependency affects ones ability to have healthy satisfying relationships. It includes one sided, emotional destructive and/or abusive relationships. However it can also be much more subtle e.g. keeping quiet to avoid arguments, worrying about other’s opinions, and finding it hard to say no. It is both an emotional and a behavioral condition that affects an individual’s ability to have healthy, mutually satisfying relationships This workshop will help you to identify the shadow self, overcome unhealthy relationship patterns and to develop new skills for personal, relationship and family dynamics. You will be able to help yourself and others with exploring the definitions and characteristics of co- dependency, the basics of self care as well as completing the questionnaire and quiz. You will use kinesiology technique s t o explore and “unhook” from childhood issue s t hat are influencing current co-dependent patterns and behaviour s t o create healthy relationships. This is a very powerful, life changing workshop!
