Flitedux Facilitate the Learner (Train–the-Trainer) has been developed to a Level 5 / 6 Unit Standard with 16 – 18 credits, but this course offers so much more as it includes Enterprise Standards that will enhance the quality and outcomes of the programme This means that You, as a company can claim your skills levy from your SETA if you have submitted your workplace skills plan.

This course covers outcomes of Unit Standard 9958: Facilitate Learning through Selecting and Integrating Methodologies:

Prepare the learners and learning environment  
Create communication and support strategies within groups  
Relate new knowledge to prior learning  
Scope intended learning intervention  
Implement the learning strategy  
Consolidate the learning  
Evaluate the learning process  
Maintain effective and efficient administrative system  

This course also covers the outcomes of Unit Standard 7384: Facilitate an Adult Learning Event Included in the course is a look at learning styles and training modes, effective group facilitation and the best way to use training tools and visual aid. Delegates will not only acquire skill of experiential facilitation, but will themselve’s, participate in an experiential learning. The reason for this is that research shows:
