Course Title:   Train the Trainer - Advanced Facilitation Skills

This is one of the key unit standards that facilitators of education and training and occupational learning need to be accredited with.  

The course equips learners to be able to understand the NQF and outcomes based learning and to facilitate against unit standards. The course covers the key components of facilitation theoretically and has a practical component where the learner gets an opportunity to facilitate a workshop during the course.  Faranani shares a lot of its experience in facilitating fun and meaningful learning events.  

At the end of the course the learner will be equipped to facilitate in a range of different contexts using a variety of methodologies.
