People interested in implementing a quality management system in their training organisation should attend this course. This course is structured around the
design and implementation of a QMS and is aimed at:

• Training Managers
• Human Resource Managers
• Training and Development Practitioners
• Training and Development Administration staff

What entry qualification is required?

There are no entry requirements but it is advisable for people to have a thorough understanding of the training function within their organisation.

How long does it take?

This programme is presented in three sessions over a period of two months.
These sessions will be arranged with intervals of between two to three weeks.

What material is supplied?

A training manual will be supplied to each learner as well as a portfolio guideline, QMS guidelines and instruments.

Module 1: (3 days)

• Communication and QA awareness with the organisation

• Implementation of the QMS process

Workshop methodology

This course has been divided into 3 modules that will run over a period of 8
weeks. During this time learners will develop their own organisations Quality Management System. The three contact sessions will build the learners skills in a progressive manner. It also assists learners to deal with difficulties they encounter throughout the process and is aimed at real live to problem solving.

Assessment

Each learner will complete a portfolio as they progress through the course. The completed QMS will be submitted as a portfolio as evidence.
