Course Title:   First Aid Level One

Level One is our most popular course which introduces the student to
Emergency Care. First Aid level one is the minimum requirement which companies need to comply with according to the new labour laws.

Duration - 2 Days ( 16 Hours )
Entry Requirement - None
Certificate is valid for three years

• Principals of Emergency Care & safety
• Emergency scene management
• Artificial respiration
• One rescuer Adult C.P.R
• Choking
• Wounds & Bleeding
• Shock, unconsciousness & fainting
• Fractures
• Burns
• Head & spinal injuries
• Emergency Care Equipment
• Legal implications & Ethics related to emergency care
• Evaluation

The course is to be presented on a 50% theoretical and 50% practical basis.

The candidate is evaluated during the duration of the course. There are no
written examinations.

A compulsory pass in C.P.R. is required.
