Course Title: HTML
What is HTML?
Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) as you already know is the language you will use to create Web pages. It is a simple, yet powerful language. It consists of TAGS that give instructions, or tell the browser where to place the text or graphic on the page. To view a page that you have created you will need a browser. The browser interprets and displays the HTML document that you have created. There are many different browsers available, but the two most popular are Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
