Course Title: Crew Resource Management
Crew resource management or cockpit resource management as it variously known is there to provide the student with the background to successfully operate an aircraft in the human enviroment. It is a sad fact that the majority of accidents are not caused by the aircraft itself but rather the human operating the aircraft. Mountains do not just grow out the ground at a blinding rate as to obstruct the path of the aircraft neither does a cloud change into granite for no reason. When finally the aftermath is disected usually the human factor comes to play disturbingly so.
We at BLUE CHIP AVIATION have the best presenter in the industry to present this dynamic and very important course. 18 Years of painstaking research has gone into creating this course. This is not a job for Brandie Branders it is his passion. To quote from his intro to the course.
“Think about it logically. How much did you learn about aviation in your first three days of flying- A lot but a little? By the same token it now becomes your responsibility to learn more about this subject that contributes to approximately 70% of airline and more than 80% of general aviation accidents. Are you going to sit back and hope you don't become part of that statistic or are you going to be actively doing something to learn more about his exciting science called Human Factors and Crew Resource Management.”
