The fun of diving starts as soon as you enter the PADI Open Water Diver Course! This is your first step in Scuba Diving and is a full scuba diving certification. You can plan conduct and log open water dives with a buddy, while applying your skills, within the limits of you training and experience.
This is your ticket to a lifetime of intense adventure!
For training purposes we use our on-site lecture room and we boast with our own heated training pool!
You will have to sign a Medical statement in your Crew pack (green form). If you answer yes to any of the questions, you will need to obtain a medical certificate from a doctor which states that you are medically fit to dive.
Do not buy your own equipment yet! During the lectures and pool dives we will show you different kinds of wetsuits, fins, masks & snorkels. You don’t need any soft gear for the pool dives, but you will need your own soft gear for the Qualifying dives (mask, snorkel, wetsuit, weightbelt, booties & fins). Ask us about specials
We regularly do trips to Malongane, Sodwana and Bass Lake to do qualifying dives. Our Travel Desk can book you and your family to any of the above mentioned destinations. We also offer dive packages to Aliwal Shoal (Shark Awareness), Cape Town (Great White diving), Red Sea and Zanzibar to name a few.
