• West Lake steamed fish – little fuss, and perfect for larger fish.
• 3 cup chicken - an easy braised dish using rice wine, soya sauce and stock.
• Stir-fried bok choi with ham – quick and easy with an interesting twist.
• Cantonese sweet and sour pork - light and crispy in a pungent sweet/sour fruit sauce.
• Asian cooked rice – basic staple with most meals.
• Almond curd with fruit - sweet almond jelly with fruit salad.
