Warwick's Chef School offers a six month full time intensive chef training course in Hermanus. The school has been operating since 1991.

Principal Kevin Warwick is accompanied by his 4 full time and 7 part time lecturers, each an expert in their own field.

We believe in preparing students for the pressured reality of this industry, and to make them aware of the demands for this way of life.

We have created our training environment to resemble an operating restaurant / hotel kitchen, where intensive, practical training is given on a daily basis.

Warwick's accepts 24 students per intake, but classes are limited to 12.

The Warwick's course also offers a City & Guilds International qualification, besides the Diploma as Commis Chef awarded to successful candidates.
