Course Title: Advanced Interpersonal Communication
Course Description:
A look at communication styles and methods, including verbal and nonverbal communication, is the starting point for this course. First impressions and building rapport is considered, along with building credibility and positive relationships through feedback. Learn how to communicate with supervisors, understand their styles of management, handle ineffective supervisors and promote an idea. This course also covers handling human resource issues like negotiating a raise and resignations. We teach you to communicate with colleagues and subordinates effectively, as well as with customers and vendors. A final focus is on organisational culture and how to understand and adjust to it, use cultural networks and manage the physical and emotional culture within a company.

Class starts at 9:00, but we recommend arrival at 8:45 to ensure you have enough time to register before class starts. Prerequisites: None Delivery Method: Instructor led courses, training a maximum of 9 students per class. Certification: An attendance certificate will be issued after completion of the course.
