Adults have different learning styles to children and trainers must know how to make training fun. Facilitators need to know how to handle different situations in a training venue, to represent their company image to the fullest. The handling of mixed-age, -culture and -ability groups requires specialised skills.

TIDASA’s Train the Trainer course equips trainers/facilitators with the skills to pro-vide training and facilitation to adult learners. Learners will receive practical feed-back on presentations that they give. An integral part of the course is dealing with various types of learners to ensure that efficient learning takes place.
