Course Title:   Learn Hypnotherapy

The NSTH's course is divided into four Blocks. Each block has a very specific focus to enable its students to fully get to grips with that aspect of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. The blocks each have eight lectures that highlight an element of that block's particular theme.

Block 1 focuses on hypnosis and hypnotic induction and deepening techniques. Once completed the student should be able to hypnotize anyone, anywhere.

Block 2 teaches specific hypnotherapeutic interventions, giving the student a powerful set of tools to use in their practice.

Block 3 is unique to NSTH. Here we focus on generating the major hypnotic phenomena within the therapeutic environment, as well as how they would be applied in therapy.

Block 4 is all about understanding the client. This is where good hypnotists become great therapists. Learning to apply all they have learnt to help the client as an individual in an integrated and efficient way.

At the moment the course is being run only in Cape Town, although there are plans to start running condensed courses in Johannesburg and Durban. The Cape Town course is divided into four terms throughout a year. Each term covers one block over eight weeks, one lecture per week on a Saturday morning from 9:00am till 2:00pm.
