COURSE PROVIDERS

1.1 I am a Course Provider and would like to register with My Dream Course network?

Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za/clients/signup.php and register today.

Step 1: Complete the registration form and click ‘continue’.
Step 2: Edit your company Profile, add your company logo and tell us a little about your organization.
Step 3: Add your courses.

NOTE: No courses will be listed and/or approved without a company profile.

1.2 What are the benefits for Course Providers?

1.4 How do I get listed on the My Dream Course home page as a Featured Course or Featured School?

We have two sections for advertising on the home page – Featured Course and Featured Schools. To find out more please contact our Marketing Department directly via email - info(at)mydreamcourse.co.za

1.5 I am a Course Provider and don’t know my username to login?

If you have forgotten or lost your “Username” details, please send an email to support(at)mydreamcourse.co.za stating your company name, contact person, and contact number and we will send you your login details.

1.6 I am a Course Provider and don’t know or have lost my password?

If you have forgotten or lost your password all you have to do is go to the home page and underneath the login details sections click on the link "Forgot your Password" and follow instructions.

1.7 I am a Course Provider and would like to add or edit my company profile?

Step 1: Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za and login as a course provider.
Step 2: From the menu bar click "Profile" and choose " Edit Profile".
Step 3: complete form.

Note: If you would like to be listed on our Home Page as one of our “Favourite Courses” or “Favourite Schools”, you must upload a company logo.

1.8 I am a Course Provider and would like to add or edit my course listings?

Step 1: Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za and login as a course provider.
Step 2: From the menu bar click "Courses" and choose "Manage Courses” or “ Add a New Course”.
Step 3: Choose the course you would like to edit.

1.9 I am a Course Provider and would like to change my password?

Step 1: Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za and login as a course provider.
Step 2: From the menu bar click "account" and choose "Change Password”.
Step 3: follow instruction in window.

1.10 I am a Course Provider and would like to know how many times my courses have been viewed?

Step 1: Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za and login as a course provider.
Step 2: From the menu bar click "Courses" and choose "Manage Courses”.
Step 3: On the right hand side of each course listing there is a column – “Views” with a number of total views.

1.11 I am a Course Provider and would like to know how many online applications I have received?

Step 1: Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za and login as a course provider.
Step 2: From the menu bar click "Courses" and choose "Manage Courses”.
Step 3: On the right hand side of each course listing there is a column – “App” with a number of online enquiries.

1.12 What if there is no course category listed that is appropriate to my course subject matter?

If there is no course category or sub-category listed, please send an email to support(at)mydreamcourse.co.za stating what category or sub category you suggest most appropriate to your course subject matter.

Alternatively, you can choose a top level category (eg. Art, Business, language, etc) from the Course Type drop down; and upon review of your course listing we will assign and / or create a category or sub category for you. Remember you can edit your listing at any time.

1.13 What if there is no city listed when I add a course?

If there is no city listed, please send an email to support(at)mydreamcourse.co.za stating what city or town you would like us add.

1.14 What is the Course Provider Login details?

When you list your course on the mydreamcourse.co.za website, you are given a User Name and Password. This allows you to login and manage your company profile and course listings at your own convenience.

1.15 I am a Course Provider and would like to upload my company logo?

Step 1: Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za and login as a course provider.
Step 2: From the menu bar click "Profile" and choose " Edit Profile".
Step 3: Below the Logo / Image, click the browse button and locate your company logo.
Step 4: Go to bottom of page and save profile


STUDENTS

2.1 How do I find a course?

Finding a course is easy. There are two ways to search and find a course. You can use the “Course Categories” sidebar or the Advanced Search option and search by course name, description and type in key words, course classification, course type, course location.

2.2 How do I recommend a course or course provider?

Many of the course providers we approach to list on our website come from past students recommendations. If you have been on a course, which you believe is worth recommending please, email info(at)mydreamcourse.co.za to let us know.

Remember to include the Course Provider's Name and Contact Email or Phone Number so that we can get in touch with them.

2.3 What are the benefits for Students?

• Course listings can be accessed at any time, so students are not restricted to waiting to talk to representative from the education providers.
• Students can view detailed course description online.
• Contact course providers directly for additional information.
• Save your favorite courses to view later.
• Extensive range of courses available.
• Email a course to friend.

2.4 How much will it cost a student to use the website?

FREE service for all students to search for courses, course providers, hobbies, craft, workshop, training institutions, colleges, universities and workshops online.

2.5 I am a Student and don’t know or have lost my password?

If you have forgotten or lost your password all you have to do is go to the home page and underneath the login details sections click on the link "Forgot your Password" and follow instructions.

2.6 How do I register as a student?

Go to www.mydreamcourse.co.za/myjobs/signup.php and register today.

Step 1: Complete the registration form and click ‘continue’.
Step 2: Use toolbar in your administration section to view saved course or to search for courses.

2.7 How do i contact Course Providers for more information and details?

Step1: Register as a student or login as a student.
Step 2: Search for a course that you are interested in and go to the individual course page.
Step 3: Click the “Contact Course Provider” button placed underneath the company logo.
Step 4: Send enquiry

3.1 How will people hear about My Dream Course?

To generate a high volume and quality of traffic, we intend to develop strategic partnerships and marketing affiliations with all educational organizations, learning institutions, and course providers, across South Africa thereby creating the largest online database of courses that is accessible to all students free.

This goal is accomplished through a strategic objective and mix of traditional and Internet marketing focused on various print media, online media channels, including extensive keyword marketing, search engine optimization, strategic banner ads, and contextual marketing placements, as well as sponsorship marketing, channel partnerships, e-mail marketing.
