LYNETTE VILJOEN (Business Owner, Training Facilitator, Life Coach)
Lynette has more than 27 years experience in life-skills coaching and mentoring, leadership development, marketing and communication management in the private sector as well as secondary and tertiary education. She is the owner of LEAP and specializes in inspirational leadership as well as time management, motivation and corporate skills development.
Lynette finds her passion in assisting people to become competent leaders by developing their innate and personal competencies and abilities. Her caring and warm personality combined with high energy levels set the stage for delegates to discover and learn in a safe and conducive environment.
She finds her balance with her family and friends and is an avid Comrades runner, cyclist, swimmer, triathlon athlete, 301km Eco walker and scuba diver.
