Sense of Taste – Turkish Culinary Journey

Join us for a Turkish Culinary Journey on 3rd June 2010

The Class will begin at 18h30 until 22h30/23h00 at our Kitchens


(Arrive at 18h00 to be ready for 18h30)

Then we Get Stuck in and Cook Up a Storm

  • Turkish Borek – Flaky Pastry filled with Chicken, Feta, Caramelised Onion and Fresh Dill
  • Ezogelin Corbasi – Spicy Lentil and Bulgar Soup with Garlic Herb Bread Stick
  • Imam Bayildi – Aubergine braised in Olive Oil with Onion and Tomato
  • Etli Yaprak Dolmasi – Vine Leaves stuffed with Aromatic Minced Lamb Meat


Each Dish will be prepared and enjoyed by you (the “chefs in action”)

This Turkish Culinary Journey is R575 per person which includes all your ingredients, a working apron to use for the evening, Windhoek Draught on Tap, Wine and Soft drinks on the evening, Recipe File, and NATURALLY Loads of fun!
