WHY IS EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SO IMPORTANT?
In every aspect of our daily lives communication skills are used. In the business environment effective communication is vitally important. Relationships are established and maintained with superiors, colleagues and customers through the use of correct communication styles, tones and choice of words.
