Course Description:

Yoga4Kids has successfully been presenting children's yoga training programs in South Africa since 2005. The Yoga4Kids teacher training modules have inspired and motivated many incredibly people to bring yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing to children at home, in the classroom or in a therapetuic or non-profit environment. 

The Yoga4Kids teacher training is divided into four modules:

Module 1 is comprised of a 2-day weekend course. This course is open to all people who would like to know how to ring yoga, meditation, heart consciousness and mindfulness to children. The course runs from 09:00 to 17:00 on both days.

Module 2 is comprised of a 2-day weekend course which runs from 09:00 - 17:009 on both days and 10 hours of practical classroom and studio observations. This practical experience will be obtained as you attend, observe and teach the Yoga4Kids children's yoga classes. This includes our remedial and special needs classes. Module 2 also requires you to teach two age-appropriate classes in order for you to be assessed and be competent to achieve the hours required for Module 4. 

Module 3 is comprised of a 3-day workshop that usually runs from Friday to Sunday.

Module 4 is comprised of 80 hours of teaching either under our umbrella or on your own.
