COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAMME (’UBUNTU’)
"ubuntu" is the Xhosa word for "care", "respect" and "understanding". Our programme aims to convey the importance of this concept with regard to nurturing client relationships and delivering service excellence. This comprehensive programme is the only one of its kind in South Africa to include voice skills training by experienced professionals. This ensures that frontline staff are well spoken, thereby enhancing the image of the organisation.
The course is of value to customer service staff, managers, receptionists, secretaries, credit control and internal sales staff. Generally it would benefit anyone wishing to communicate more effectively and offer an added value service to their customers.
2 days classroom training set a week apart followed by a half day session 3 weeks later
